I have always admired chevron flooring in luxury hotels. The V-shaped pattern looks elegant and timeless. When I renovated my dining room, I decided to install chevron. But chevron is expensive and difficult to install. After one year, I can say it was worth every dirham. Here is my experience. What Is Chevron Flooring? Chevron flooring consists of planks cut at 45-degree angles at both ends. When installed, the planks form a continuous V shape. The pattern is different from herringbone, which uses rectangular planks in a zigzag. Chevron is more formal because the V points are perfectly aligned.
